- 32 oz. Diced turnip or collard greens

- 8 tablespoons Pompeian Extra virgin olive oil (Recommended)
- 1 cup diced onion
- Salt to your taste
- If necessary, small diced turkey necks and country ham slices
In an instant pot, pour 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and roughly chopped bacon.
Add turkey neck and ham to the instant pot. Press the button “Saute” to turn on the instant pot.
Sauté 1 cup chopped onion, plus the meat. Continue stirring them until they are translucent and tender, as well as the bacon crisp.
