  • Diced turnip or collard greens (32oz).

  • Sugar, depending on your wishes
  • Extra virgin olive oil (8 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • Salt to your taste
  • If necessary, small diced turkey necks and country ham slices


In an instant pot, pour 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and roughly chopped bacon.
