  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Red Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 1 tbsp McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix, Recommended
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
  • Ground Himalayan Sea Salt, To Taste
  • 28 oz Hunt’s Crushed Tomatoes, Recommended
  • 12 oz Corn Kernels, Drained
  • 10 oz Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup, Recommended
  • 4 oz Diced Green Chiles
  • 1 ½ cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Divided
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese, Divided
  • 1 ½ tbsp Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 12 oz Egg Noodles, Cooked Al Dente

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a 9×13 baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  • According to the instructions, boil the egg noodles in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain then set apart.
  • In a large pan, heat it to medium and add olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the onions and sauté for three minutes, or until they are transparent.
  • Add the orange and red peppers.
  • Cook in 2 mins. Add jalapeno peppers, and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add minced garlic, stir it and cook for one minute.
  • Add ground beef, and cook until it is no pinker. Dividing it into pieces.
  • Halfway through cooking, spice it with taco seasoning, chili powder, Ground rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt. Stir in and cook until the beef is cooked.
  • Season the beef mixture with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Add the corn kernels, Stir well.
  • Add crushed tomatoes and soup of mushrooms and chopped green chilies. Mix well.
  • Add brown sugar and cook for two minutes.
  • Mix in 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese as well as 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Blend cheeses with the other ingredients.
  • Stir in the cooked egg noodles until they are al dente, then pour the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Before putting it in the preheated oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pan after removing it from the oven.
