Chili Oil: Use Lee Kum Kee brand chili oil or you can use another brand.
Water: Before draining, keep 1/3 cup of hot water for future use.

- 4 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Recommended
- 2 tbsp Wang Zhihe Pure Sesame Paste, Recommended
- 2 tsp White Sugar
- ½ tsp Chinese Black Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mushroom Bouillon
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Oil
- ⅓ cup Hot Water From Cooking Noodles
- 1 Pinch Salt, To Taste
- 1 Scallion, Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, Crushed
For Sesame Sauce:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Soy Sauce, Taiwanese Sesame Paste, White Sugar, Chinese Black Vinegar, Mushroom Bouillon, Toasted Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, and Salt with a spoon and set aside.
