  • 2 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 20 oz can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 bag plain tortilla chips coarsely crushed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Taco seasoning, 2 pkg
  • Toppings: Additional cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Spray two (9×13 inch) baking pans with a light spray.

Brown ground beef and drain all fat.

Mix the brown ground beef, 4 cups cheese, and cheddar cheese soup in a large bowl. Add the Rotel tomatoes, taco seasoning, sour cream, milk, and Rotel tomatoes to the bowl.

Half of the 1pkg crushed tortilla chips should be placed in the prepared 1st dish. Divide the ground beef mixture into two parts. The first part of the mixture is for the 1st dish, while the second part is for your 2nd dish.
