Follow these instructions once you’ve gathered all of your ingredients and are ready to cook.

Grab a big mixing bowl. Pour the orange juice, pineapple juice, and spices into a mixing bowl. Mix well. It is this marinade to be applied on the chicken and will give it that tropical flavor.

After the marinade is well-mixed, put the chicken in the marinade.

After you have coated the chicken in the marinade, place them into the dish you prefer to use for your shallow.

After you’ve placed all of the chicken pieces in the dish, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. It should rest in the refrigerator for four hours. This is to ensure that the marinade will settle into the chicken.

After the four-hour timer is over, it’s the all-time to cook! Grill it for 45 minutes at temperatures of 185 degrees. It is important to rotate the chicken frequently.

Important notes to this recipe: Ensure that you have Cornish Hens that are de-skinned and cut in half. Make sure that the chicken is placed in one layer. This is applicable to both the dish and grill!
