In a bowl put the slices 490 grams of clean beef, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of chicken powder, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine. Stir well and chill for 1 hour.

Boil pasta until soft. It takes about 7 minutes. Then drain and rinse with water, reserve. In a skillet add 1 tbsp. oil. Add 1/4 cup sliced onion.

Sauté for three to four minutes. Put 1/2 cup of ground beef. Stir until lightly cooked. Add 1/2 tsp rice cooking wine. Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.

Add 1/3 tsp. Garlic powder. Add 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Keep stirring. Add your pasta. Stir for three to four minutes over medium to low heat.

Add 1 tsp. Soy sauce. Stir and add a little black pepper. Put out the fire. Add some chopped cilantro and serve.
