- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp chicken powder
- 170gr carrot
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 250gr brassica integrifolia
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1-1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 115gr sweet onion
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
In a pot, boil 1 lb pasta with a little bit of oil.
Drain water and let it dry.
In a bowl put the slices 490 grams of clean beef, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of chicken powder, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine. Stir well and chill for 1 hour.
Preparation of the sauce:
In another bowl put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of tomato oyster sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well according to your taste.

NUI (Vietnamese Macaroni) is cooked like normal cooking pasta, then sautéed with beef, tomato slices, onion slices, and tomato sauce (or tomato paste). This dish is very popular in Vietnam for any meal of the day (breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Nui is made from rice flour (Macaroni). “Xao” means stir-fry, “Bo” means beef, so this dish means stir-fry macaroni with beef. The beef can be diced or sliced, then marinated with a pinch of salt, soy sauce, pepper, oyster sauce.

- 2 tablespoon ketchup

- 1 lb. beef sliced or diced

Combine the sesame oil, green onion, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, chicken broth powder, sugar, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Add the ribeye and toss to coat. Let stand for fifteen minutes.
Cook macaroni according to packet instructions, shortening the time by about 3-5 minutes. Drain and put a small amount of vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and put garlic and yellow onion and cook until fragrant, about one minute.

- 1 cup Pasta
- 1/2 cup Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon Rice Cooking Wine
- 1/4 cup sliced Onion
- Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- Some chopped Cilantro
Boil pasta until soft. It takes about 7 minutes. Then drain and rinse with water, reserve. In a skillet add 1 tbsp. oil. Add 1/4 cup sliced onion.
Sauté for three to four minutes. Put 1/2 cup of ground beef. Stir until lightly cooked. Add 1/2 tsp rice cooking wine. Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce.
Add 1/3 tsp. Garlic powder. Add 1/2 tsp. Sugar. Keep stirring. Add your pasta. Stir for three to four minutes over medium to low heat.
Add 1 tsp. Soy sauce. Stir and add a little black pepper. Put out the fire. Add some chopped cilantro and serve.
