  • 1 pound chicken legs or thighs
  • 2 bundles (1.32oz each) vermicelli noodles
  • 1 4-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 4 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 6 cups chicken broth


Put the vermicelli noodles in a bowl and cover them with water. Let it soak for fifteen minutes. Drain water and put it aside.

You have to season the chicken legs with salt. In a saucepan, brown both sides on medium-high heat (about 60 seconds on each side).
