Directions

Mix together the onion powder, poultry seasoning, and ground pepper in a mortar. If you don’t have a mortar, you can smash the spices together in a small deep bowl with the back end of a spoon.

The pan should be medium-sized and contain heavy cream, butter, and milk. Add half of the spice mix that has been mortared. Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook over medium heat. Constantly stir. Stir regularly while keeping the mixture at a low simmer until it thickens somewhat. Remove the pan from the heat.

Cook the linguine, al dente.

As the pasta cooks, slice the grilled chicken breasts into strips. In a saute pan, combine the shrimp, white wine, and the remaining mortared spice. Reduce heat to low.

Place the pasta in a large bowl. Drain it. Add the shrimp and chicken to the bowl. Toss the shrimp and chicken with the cream sauce.
