Instructions
First Water-wash the raw vegetables.
Using a knife, cut the jalapeno pepper in half.
With a teaspoon, remove the seeds.
As a preparation, peel and chop the garlic.
In a blender add chopped Cilantro, Jalapeno Pepper, Garlic, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, and salt.
Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Lastly, add the mayonnaise to the blender and blend until smooth consistency.
Place the sauce in a bowl or glass jar.
Your Sophie's Green Sauce is ready to use!
Notes
Roasting your jalapeño peppers will give your sauce a smokey flavor. The oven is the ideal setting for roasting jalapeño peppers.
