Start by using a skillet to roast the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and Carolina Reaper pepper. The flame should be set to medium-high heat.
When the roasting procedure is complete, the tomatoes are prepared for peeling. Peeling off the skin makes for an attractive salsa.
Remove the vein and the seeds from the Carolina Reaper pepper using a fork and knife, and use 1 1/2 or 2, depending on how hot you want your salsa to be.
Put all the ingredients in the food processor or blender.
Make sure to process well, so that the pepper is evenly mixed throughout the salsa.
Pour the salsa into a mason jar, or a plastic container with a lid and serve it with your meal.
To store, place the food inside an airtight container, and keep refrigerated for at least one hour prior to eating for the greatest flavor.
