  • Cook the noodles until they are al dente, as directed on the packet.
  • Remove the pasta from the pot and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • In a pan, saute onions and garlic. When the onion turns translucent, add the minced beef. Cook till it turns a light brown color.
  • Cook for another three minutes after adding the Italian sausages, pepperonis, and mushrooms.
  • Include your Napoletana sauce. Mix and add the pepper and salt. Continue to simmer the sauce for another 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour the butter into a saucepan. As it becomes golden brown and golden, pour the flour and mix.
  • Add the cream cheese, milk, and whipping cream, then mix.
  • Add the onion, garlic powder Italian spice, salt, and pepper.
  • Incorporate the parmesan cheese as well as cheddar cheese. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Assemble the pasta by first coating the noodles in white sauce, then adding the Napolitana sauce and basil leaf.
