Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and grate the white part of the cauliflower with a grater.
Use the smaller side of the grater to grate the cauliflower.
Place 1 cup of grated cauliflower in a mixing bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 Eggs Substitute to bowl.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a spoon.
Take a sheet pan and line up parchment paper on the sheet pan.
Spread the cauliflower batter on parchment paper in a round shape.
Put the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
After 25 minutes take it out of the pan and flip the crust.
Put it in the oven again and bake for another 15 minutes.
Take the cauliflower crust out of the oven after 15 minutes.
Now spread 1/4 cup of Rao's Marinara Sauce on top of the pizza crust.
Spread 1/4 cup of reduced-fat mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add (1 ounce) 15 slices of Turkey Pepperoni on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Now put the sheet pan in the oven and bake for another five minutes or until the cheese has melted.
