  • Preheat the oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash and grate the white part of the cauliflower with a grater.
  • Use the smaller side of the grater to grate the cauliflower.
  • Place 1 cup of grated cauliflower in a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 Eggs Substitute to bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a spoon.
  • Take a sheet pan and line up parchment paper on the sheet pan.
  • Spread the cauliflower batter on parchment paper in a round shape.

  • Put the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • After 25 minutes take it out of the pan and flip the crust.
  • Put it in the oven again and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Take the cauliflower crust out of the oven after 15 minutes.
  • Now spread 1/4 cup of Rao's Marinara Sauce on top of the pizza crust.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of reduced-fat mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  • Add (1 ounce) 15 slices of Turkey Pepperoni on top of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Now put the sheet pan in the oven and bake for another five minutes or until the cheese has melted.
