Instructions
In a Blender add vanilla ice cream, ice, milk, white sugar, vanilla extract, raspberry syrup, and freeze-dried whole blackberries.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
If the ice is stuck to the bottom, pause and stir with a rubber spatula if necessary. Blend until smooth and thick.
Pour into a serving glass.
Top with whipped cream.
