Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Carrots, Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Wild Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 ½ tbsp Pompeian Olive Oil, Recommended
  • 1 tbsp Heinz White Vinegar, Recommended
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Wang Roasted Sesame Seeds, Recommended

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Slice the carrots thinly.
  • Chop the wild coriander leaves (cilantro) and green chili.
  • Squeeze the lemon to get fresh juice.

Make the Dressing:

  • In a small mixing bowl, add olive oil, white vinegar, lemon juice, ground coriander, paprika, and salt.
  • Stir well with a spoon until the ingredients are fully mixed.

Mix the Salad:

  • In a large bowl, place the sliced carrots, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chilli.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.

Add the Finishing Touch:

  • Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds on top.
  • Toss everything together to combine the flavours.
  • Your healthy carrot salad is ready to enjoy!
