- ⅔ cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

To Make Croutons:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the baguette in half diagonally through the top, then into four pieces about 1/4 inch thin.
Spread the bread slices on a baking sheet.
In a shallow bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the croutons and drizzle them with the garlic oil.
Toss everything until well coated.
