In a large saucepan, sauté pork sausage and onion over medium heat until the meat is browned.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir all the ingredients very well.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.

In The Slow Cooker:
Put the uncooked pork sausage in the slow cooker after crumbling it into bite-sized pieces.
Add Chopped onion, Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Garlic Powder, Tomato Sauce, Light Red Kidney With Liquid, water, Petite Diced Tomatoes, and Salt to the slow cooker.
Stir all the ingredients very well.
Cook with the lid on for 4 to 5 hours over low heat.
