Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
Place the turkey wings in a big roasting pan, making sure they're in a single layer.
Sprinkle the turkey wings with dried parsley, poultry seasoning, dried thyme, celery seeds, paprika powder, turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Make sure they're evenly coated.
Sprinkle the chopped onions over the turkey wings, and add some extra salt and pepper for taste.
Pour the chicken broth into the roasting pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, remove the foil to let the wings get a nice brown color.
Once they're tender, use a slotted spoon to transfer the turkey wings and onions to a serving platter.
Remove any fat from the cooking liquid and pour it over the turkey and onions.
Serve your delicious baked turkey wings with steamed rice while they're still hot.
