  • 2 Large Romaine Lettuce Heads
  • cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded

Instructions
 

To Make Croutons:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the baguette in half diagonally through the top, then into four pieces about 1/4 inch thin.
  • Spread the bread slices on a baking sheet.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.
  • Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese over the croutons and drizzle them with the garlic oil.
  • Toss everything until well coated.
  • Spread the coated croutons in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes or until they turn golden and crisp.

To Make Caesar Salad Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil while whisking continuously.
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, or adjust to your taste.

To Make Salad:

  • Prepare the romaine lettuce by washing, drying, and chopping it into small pieces.
  • Place the chopped lettuce in a large serving bowl.
  • Top it with grated Parmesan cheese and the cooled croutons.
  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the lettuce and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
