  • Mix 6 cups of coconut milk, raw barley, raw oats, raw bulgur, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Salt in a large saucepan the night before you plan to eat the grain bowl.
  • Next day, bring to boil while stirring.
  • Turn off the heat and leave the cover on for 30 minutes,
  • Add the remaining 6 cups of coconut milk and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Mix the mixture again the next morning. The mixture should be thickened and creamy.
  • To thin, you can add a little coconut milk if necessary.
  • Put in a bowl, top with fresh fruit, toppings like chia seeds, and Puffed Quinoa.
  • Eat within 4 days of preparation for the highest quality and safety.
