Mix 6 cups of coconut milk, raw barley, raw oats, raw bulgur, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Salt in a large saucepan the night before you plan to eat the grain bowl.
Next day, bring to boil while stirring.
Turn off the heat and leave the cover on for 30 minutes,
Add the remaining 6 cups of coconut milk and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix the mixture again the next morning. The mixture should be thickened and creamy.
To thin, you can add a little coconut milk if necessary.
Put in a bowl, top with fresh fruit, toppings like chia seeds, and Puffed Quinoa.
Eat within 4 days of preparation for the highest quality and safety.
