  • Shred and chop the Imitation crab meat in an enormous bowl.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients, except for cheese, vegetables, and bread loaves, in the bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 and 1/2 hours prior to serving.
  • Slice each loaf of bread open and pour in the filling for the seafood salad.
  • Put in your preferred vegetables and cheese for toppings.
  • If desired, season with salt and pepper.
