For Bread:

  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter and milk together. Take them out and put them aside.
  • Make eggs by beating them in large bowls.
  • Add cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar to whisked eggs. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the milk to the egg mixture gradually if it is cool enough to pour. Then, whisk until the egg mixture is not going to become curdled.
  • Add bread cubes, and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the bread mix in a greased 8.5 x 11-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for approximately 40 minutes, and examine using the help of a toothpick.

For Sauce:

  • Add butter, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, flour, and salt to a pan.
  • Bring to a simmer for over 4 mins, continuously stirring.
  • After removing the sauce from the heat, let it cool for six minutes.
  • Pour half of the sauce into warm bread pudding.
  • The Golden Corral Cake Pudding is now ready for serving.
