  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Put the meat into a large bowl.
  • Chop your bell pepper and onions into small pieces.
  • Incorporate the bell pepper and onions into the bowl along with the meat.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Add 15 ounces of canned tomato sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then mix them thoroughly.
  • The addition of eggs will help in the consistency of the mixture.
  • Add the crackers to the bowl after crushing them.
  • Knead the mixture with your hands until all of the components are well combined.
  • Cleanse and dry your hands.
  • It’s going to be broiler pans. Put some water in it. It will protect the meat from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Using oil, grease the top of your pan. This will help the meat to stick to the pan and help in washing it.
