Ingredients
  

For Sesame Sauce:

For Garnish:

  • 1 Scallion, Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, Crushed

Instructions
 

For Sesame Sauce:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Soy Sauce, Taiwanese Sesame Paste, White Sugar, Chinese Black Vinegar, Mushroom Bouillon, Toasted Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, and Salt with a spoon and set aside.

For Noodles:

  • Cook the noodles according to the package directions.
  • Boil the noodles (8 to 10 minutes) and drain the noodles and reserve the hot cooking water.

To Assemble:

  • To the sesame sauce, add the necessary amount of hot cooking water. Season with salt if necessary.
  • Put sesame sauce on the serving plate, and add cooked noodles on top.
  • Garnish with chopped scallions and crushed peanuts.
