  • In a stand mixer, mix yeast, water, and brown sugar. On low speed, combine for two minutes.
  • Mix in the flour, olive oil, and salt for 10 minutes, or until the dough forms and is shiny.

  • Roll out pieces of dough and lay around 16 slices of pepperoni and some cheese in the center.
  • Bring the dough edges up and seal around the pepperoni-cheese mixture.
  • Put the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • You should give them 2 hours to proof.
  • The next step is to bake the dough for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or until it is golden brown.
