  • In a large saucepan, sauté pork sausage and onion over medium heat until the meat is browned.
  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add Organic Tomato Sauce, Light Red Kidney With Liquid, Petite Diced Tomatoes, Water, and Salt.
  • Stir all the ingredients very well.
  • Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.
  • Turn the heat off and transfer to a bowl.
  • Your Bob Evans Chili is ready for serve!

In The Slow Cooker:

  • Put the uncooked pork sausage in the slow cooker after crumbling it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Add Chopped onion, Chili Powder, Ground Cumin, Garlic Powder, Tomato Sauce, Light Red Kidney With Liquid, water, Petite Diced Tomatoes, and Salt to the slow cooker.
  • Stir all the ingredients very well.
  • Cook with the lid on for 4 to 5 hours over low heat.
  • Remember to give it a good stir before serving.
  • Garnish with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, And Chopped Cilantro!
