Ingredients
  

Whole Wheat Wonton Wrappers:

  • 1 ½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 6 tbsp Water
  • tsp Salt

Whole Wheat Wonton Wrappers:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a casserole dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  • Create a well in the flour, add eggs and 5 tbsp water, gradually combining with a fork. Knead for 1 minute. If needed, add another tbsp of water.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 24x18 inches. Cut 4-inch squares and shape them into taco shells on the casserole dish.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until crunchy and slightly brown. Transfer to a cooling rack.

Imitation Crab Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan, add imitation crab meat and cook for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Add lemon juice, and cook for another 30 seconds. Set aside for assembling tacos.

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • Combine all ingredients, and whisk until light and fluffy.
  • Ponzu Sauce:
  • Combine all ingredients, and whisk until thick and well combined.

Assemble the Crab Rangoon Tacos:

  • Spread cream cheese filling inside taco shells.
  • Add warm imitation crab, top with ponzu sauce, and sprinkle with green onions.
