  • In a mixing bowl, add Ichimi togarashi, honey, and ketchup.
  • Mix the ingredients with a spoon until achieve the consistency of wet sand.
  • Add kewpie mayonnaise and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Enjoy Benihana Diablo Sauce with your favorite fast food!

Notes

You can use Shichimi Togarashi (Nanami Togarashi - Japanese seven spice) instead of S&B Ichimi Togarashi (Chili Pepper).
Also, you can replace the brand of ingredients if you want to experiment with this Diablo Sauce.
For a hotter Diablo Sauce, add more Ichimi Togarashi.
For a milder flavor, add more Kewpie mayonnaise.
