In a food processor, blend the fresh cranberries slowly (Rough Chop).
Transfer the cranberries to a bowl.
Cut the oranges into 4 parts and remove the seeds (Don't peel).
Add to the food processor and blend until well blended.
Add the blended oranges, chopped pecans, celery, white sugar, and crushed pineapple to the bowl and mix the ingredients very well with a wooden spoon.
In a separate bowl add the lemon and cranberry jello and put in the hot water and mix until dissolved.
Pour the gelatin mix into the large bowl.
By using a wooden spoon, thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
Now place the mixer in a glass bowl and wrap it with plastic.
Refrigerate for 24 hours for mold up.
