  • Cut the cabbage into pieces and chop the pieces in a food processor.
  • You may need to apply this in several batches.
  • Transfer the chopped cabbage to a large mixing bowl.
  • Peel the celery sticks and finely chop them and add to the bowl.
  • Peel the white onion and finely chop them and add to the bowl.
  • Mix the veggies with your hand or a spoon.
  • Add mayonnaise, Pickle Relish, White Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
  • Stir to combine everything very well.
  • Your coleslaw is ready to serve.
