Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken bullion powder and a cup of water in a blender.
Cover with the lid and blend and make the puree.
Strain the puree into a pot.
Add two litres of water into the pot and mix with a wooden spoon.
Now turn on the heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
Heat a separate pan at medium heat.
Add ground beef, beef bullion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook and break the meat. It takes 8 to 10 minutes.
Now roll the tortillas with meat filling with help of the cornstarch mixture (Cornstarch mix with some water).
Now time to shallow fry. Heat the frying oil to 375˚.
Fry the tacos until golden brown and crispy.
Place them on a baking sheet with a wire rack.
In a bowl put four tacos, add a little bit of cheese over them and add some broth over them.
Add more cheese on top and enjoy!
