  • First chop the basil leaves, green bell pepper, and fresh parsley with a knife.
  • Slice the spring onion.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the 3 eggs as well as 1/4 cup of milk.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and whisk very well.
  • Now heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and once heated, add the eggs and mix.
  • Incorporate basil leaves, green bell peppers, spring onion and parsley. Stir and mix well.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes or until it’s done.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
