Instructions
 

  • Make sure you measure all the ingredients you need and gather all the equipment prior to beginning
  • Tabletop mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on the working area, then add Ricotta Impastata Cheese in the mixer bowl. Mix the cheese using the first speed to mix and then smooth
  • Then, add the granulated sugar, let it mix completely, and dissolve. The texture will then become smoother.
  • The next is vanilla extract, and cinnamon oil along with chocolate chips.
  • After all, the ingredients have been added, mix until well incorporated and then place it in the pastry bag and then into the fridge until ready to serve and pipe.
  • Fill your cannoli shells with this cannoli cream.
  • If you do not want to mix in chocolate chips, then you can sprinkle them after dessert.
