  • Over medium-high heat, heat a medium frying pan.
  • Add the sesame seeds and toast, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until golden.
  • Using a pestle and mortar, crush and grind the roasted sesame seeds.
  • Have a few unbroken seeds here and it is OK.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, organic sugar, soy sauce, and pickling liquid with the crushed toasted sesame seeds. To combine, stir.
  • Drizzle in the toasted sesame oil and mix well.
  • After tasting the dressing, make any necessary adjustments.
  • Once the taste is just right, it's time to see the consistency.
  • You can add a teaspoon of water to change the consistency if it is too thick.

Notes

The ideal accompaniment for this sesame dressing is a green salad with 4 cups (approximately 120 grams) of lettuce, a medium cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and 2 hard-boiled eggs. 4 individuals can eat the salad.
