  • In an electric blender, add Chopped Cucumber, Fresh Mint, Cane Sugar, Water, and Kosher Salt, except for the ice.
  • Hold the lid on, and blend all the ingredients until smooth puree.
  • Pour the puree through a fine mesh sieve over a bowl.
  • Using a rubber spatula, press against the sieve to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Half-fill a medium pitcher with ice cubes.
  • Add the juice to the pitcher and stir with a spoon.
  • Pour into a serving glass and garnish with lime wheel.
