Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, add Banana, Quick Oats, Pure Honey, Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, Semi-Chocolate Chips, and Raisins.
Mix all of the ingredients together by hand or with a hand mixer.
With a spoon or scoop, form cookie dough into 1-inch balls.
Spray cooking spray on the baking sheet to grease it.
On the baking sheet, place the cookies 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies for 13 to 16 minutes, or until they seem firm to the touch or spring back when pressed.
Keep the cookies on the baking sheet for 6 minutes to cool before removing them.
In order to let the cookies cool for an additional 6 minutes, set them on a cooling rack or plate.
Cookies are best served warm on the day they are made and should be consumed within three days.
