  • Set oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, add Banana, Quick Oats, Pure Honey, Shredded Unsweetened Coconut, Semi-Chocolate Chips, and Raisins.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together by hand or with a hand mixer.
  • With a spoon or scoop, form cookie dough into 1-inch balls.
  • Spray cooking spray on the baking sheet to grease it.
  • On the baking sheet, place the cookies 2 inches apart.
  • Bake the cookies for 13 to 16 minutes, or until they seem firm to the touch or spring back when pressed.
  • Keep the cookies on the baking sheet for 6 minutes to cool before removing them.
  • In order to let the cookies cool for an additional 6 minutes, set them on a cooling rack or plate.
  • Cookies are best served warm on the day they are made and should be consumed within three days.
