  • Add the white wine vinegar to a mixing bowl.
  • Add water and cornstarch. Whisk the White wine Vinegar, water and cornstarch together. 
  • Add salt, sugar, ginger, salt, minced onion, minced garlic, and dry sherry.
  • In a grinder, grind the peppercorns and mustard seeds without any additional liquid.
  • Mix in red pepper flakes. Add the remaining mixture to the bowl and mix well.
