  • 8 eggs
  • 4 sticks unsalted melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Bottle Hennessy
  • 2 tablespoons pure vanilla or Almond extract
  • Optional: 4 tablespoons strawberry extract (bakery emulsions)

Pre-heat oven 350° Celsius (325 degrees for dark or coated pans). I used 2 Standard Bundt pans

All ingredients must be at room temperature

Lightly grease the sides and bottom of the pan.

Mix together butter, milk, Hennessy, and eggs in a large bowl. Blend on low until everything is well incorporated (about 30-45 seconds).


For approximately 2 minutes, beat at medium speed

Avoid any negatives

Bake the batter in two baking pans immediately

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes

  • 2 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 pkg strawberry gelatin
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Hennessy
  • 6 eggs


Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add 1 cup milk

Add 1 cup Hennessy

Mix well.

One stick of butter should be melted

Mix 6 eggs together.

Add more Hennessy if desired

Cupcake liners can be filled

  • 6 cups Swans Down cake flour (sifted)
  • 12 eggs room temp
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp strawberry extract
  • 3 cups butter Crisco
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hennessey
  • 6 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cup chopped and drained berries (toss berries in 2 tablespoons flour)


Prep pans

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 tsp pure vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Celcius

Combine the cocoa powder and boiling water. Set aside.

Use a mixer to cream butter and gradually add sugar. Mix for five minutes.

Add each egg one at a. After all the eggs have been incorporated, scrape down the bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Mix together the buttermilk, vanilla, and cocoa until well combined.

At low speed, alternate flour with cocoa/buttermilk mixture one-third at a time. Begin and end with flour.

  • 8 cups flour

  • 32 ounces strawberries tops removed, sliced
